In a bowl take lamb mince and add onions garlic, red chilli (all finely chopped), cumin powder, paprika powder, salt, cracked white pepper, oregano and mix them well. Add bread crumbs, feta cheese, finely chopped parsley and mint leaves and mix well again. Take a small portion of prepared lamb mixture and form a patty. To a pan add olive oil and grill the patty. For the Greek salad, mix finely chopped cucumber, finely chopped onion, chopped capsicum, chopped red chilli, cumin powder, lemon juice, Greek olive oil, salt, green olives and hung curd in a bowl. Halve the burger buns horizontally, place rocket lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, Greek salad, sliced cucumber and grilled the patty on the base. Cover with the upper half of the bun. Garnish the burgers with cherry tomatoes and green olives.
