INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup cucumber thick juliennes
  • ½ cup avocados juliennes
  • 1 cup mangoes juliennes
  • 1 to 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 to 2 tbsp Almond flakes
  • cup pickled onions
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves
  • Red amaranth leaves
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Decorative mango fan
  • Salad basket

HOW TO PREPARE LAL PARI SALAD

    In a mixing bowl combine thick julienned cucumber, julienned avocados (peel and discard the seed), peeled and julienned mangoes, balsamic vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, walnuts, almond flakes, and pickled onions.

    Mix well.

    In the serving plate, place the lettuce leaves and red amaranth leaves.

    Transfer salad on the leaves and add grated parmesan cheese.
  5. 5

    Garnish salad with decorative mango fan and salad basket (made with cucumber and having lettuce leaves, amaranth leaves, and a decorative piece of julienned mango on top).
