  • 2-3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 boiled potatoes
  • 1 cup boiled green peas
  • 1 boiled carrot coriander leaves as required
  • 1-2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • bread crumbs
  • oil
  • mint chutney
  • tomato ketchup

    Put oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, turmeric, red chili powder and salt.

    Mash the boiled potatoes, peas and carrots and add them in the pan.
  3. 3

    Take out this mixture in a bowl and add coriander leaves and clarified butter to it and mix well.

    Make a paste by combining eggs, salt and water in a bowl.

    Make another paste by mixing all-purpose flour, salt and water.

    Make small balls of the cutlet mixture and dip these balls one by one into all-purpose flour paste, egg paste and bread crumbs.

    Deep fry in oil.
  8. 8

    Serve the Lacy cutlet with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
