  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 small piece ginger
  • 3 tbsp clarified butter
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp clarified butter
  • 500 gm minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp chicken masala
  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2-3 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • oil
  • coriander leaves

    Boil eggs in a pan.

    Grind together green chilli and ginger in a mortar.

    In a pan take some clarified butter and add cumin seeds, green chilli and ginger paste, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt and clarified butter.

    Add minced chicken and cook it. Grind this in a mixer.

    Cut the boiled eggs and mix their yello part with chicken, add chicken masala and roast again.

    Take the eggs in a bowl and mix them with salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and all-purpose flour, and then prepare a batter.

    Stuff the boiled eggs with micned chicken mixture, dip them in the batter and put them on skewers and fry them.
