In a bowl mix equal quantities of gram flour and rice flour. Add water to prepare batter. To this batter, add red chilli powder, all ground spice, dry mango powder, and salt. Mix well. Hold the lady's finger lengthwise and cut slantwise. Add to the batter and mix gently. Deep fry the lady's fingers till brown. Decorate the serving plate with carrot juliennes. Place kurkuri bhindi on it. Garnish with chopped coriander and grated coconut. Serve the bhindi with tamarind chutney.
