  • ginger - garlic paste
  • ghee
  • cumin seeds
  • coriander seeds
  • black peppercorns
  • meat
  • onion
  • turmeric powder
  • flour

PREPARATION

    Prepare a paste of ginger - garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns. In a heated pan, add ghee and let it melt.

    To the pan, add meat, the paste of spices, sliced onions, turmeric powder and mix it.

    Add water and let it cook. Add the slurry of flour and water. Stir it and let it boil.

    Serve it hot.
