- ginger - garlic paste
- cumin seeds

- black peppercorns

- Prepare a paste of ginger - garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorns. In a heated pan, add ghee and let it melt.
- To the pan, add meat, the paste of spices, sliced onions, turmeric powder and mix it.
- Add water and let it cook. Add the slurry of flour and water. Stir it and let it boil.
- Serve it hot.
