- 1 can condensed milk
- ½ cup milk
- 4 to 5 tbsp roughly chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- ½ cup mango pulp
- Heat a pan and pour condensed milk. Add milk. Stir well until the mixture reduces. Add chopped almonds and mix again. Make corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour with water and pour this in the condensed milk mixture. Add mango pulp and stir again. Cool the mixture. Transfer the mixture to kulfi moulds and deep freezer for 3 hours to set the kulfi. Unmould the kulfis. Pierce a stick and serve.
