INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • ½ cup milk
  • 4 to 5 tbsp Almonds
  • roughly
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • ½ cup mango pulp
  • water
  • Sticks

HOW TO PREPARE KULFI

  1. 1

    Heat a pan and pour condensed milk.
  2. 2

    Add milk.
  3. 3

    Stir well until the mixture reduces.
  4. 4

    Add chopped almonds and mix again.
  5. 5

    Make corn flour slurry by mixing corn flour with water and pour this in the condensed milk mixture.
  6. 6

    Add mango pulp and stir again.
  7. 7

    Cool the mixture.
  8. 8

    Transfer the mixture to kulfi moulds and deep freezer for 3 hours to set the kulfi.
  9. 9

    Unmould the kulfis.
  10. 10

    Pierce a stick and serve.
