INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 tsp oil
  • 1 cup prawns
  • 1 tsp chilli garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup potatoes
  • 1 tsp green chillies
  • coriander leaves

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan. Add prawns and saute them until it turns pink.
  2. 2

    Add chilli garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tomato puree, salt, diced potatoes and chopped green chillies. Mix them well.
  3. 3

    Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve.
