INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tea bags
  • 2 tsp chopped kokum
  • Crushed ice as required
  • Kokum syrup as required
  • Ice cubes as required
  • 5 to 6 Mint leaves
  • 1 sliced peach
  • Soda as required
  • Boiled water as required
  • For Fruit Skewers Apples as required chopped
  • Peaches as required chopped
  • orange wedges as required
  • Pineapples as required chopped
  • Kokum syrup for drizzling

PREPARATION

    Boil water in a saucepan. Add tea bags and brew for 5 to 7 minutes. Add chopped kokum and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain in a jar and cool until lukewarm. Arrange the chopped apples, chopped peaches, orange wedges, and chopped pineapples on the skewer sticks and arrange in a plate. In a glass, add crushed ice, kokum syrup, ice cubes, mint leaves, and peach slices. Pour the prepared tea mixture and add soda to it. Drizzle kokum syrup on the fruit skewers and serve.
