- 1½ cups rice flour
- 300 ml coconut cream
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- as required oil
- icing sugar for garnish
- In a bowl, add rice flour, coconut cream, sugar, turmeric powder and whisk it well.
- Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
- In a heated pan, add oil and heat up the rose mould.
- Dip the mould in the batter and deep fry the kokis.
