INGREDIENTS

  • 1½ cups rice flour
  • 300 ml coconut cream
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • as required oil
  • icing sugar for garnish

HOW TO PREPARE KOKIS

    In a bowl, add rice flour, coconut cream, sugar, turmeric powder and whisk it well.
  2. 2

    Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
  3. 3

    In a heated pan, add oil and heat up the rose mould.
  4. 4

    Dip the mould in the batter and deep fry the kokis.
