INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • Salt
  • ½ tsp all spice powder
  • 2 tsp pistachios
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup polenta flour
  • 3 tbsp apricot puree
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Olive oil
  • Black olive powder
  • Micro greens

PREPARATION

    In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, orange juice, Salt, all spice powder, pistachios, sugar, polenta flour, apricot puree, soya sauce, butter, Olive oil and mix well. Grease a cake mould with oil and pour the batter. Bake at 140 to 150 C for 18 to 20 minutes. In bowl add orange juice, Olive oil, apricot puree and whisk. Serve cake slices along with the sauce. Garnish with Black olive powder, pistachios, Micro greens.
