INGREDIENTS

  • 3 green kiwi fruit
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ ellow bell pepper
  • ½ green bell pepper
  • ½ tsp crushed black pepper
  • water
  • 1 stalk coriander/dhaniya patte
  • 1 stalk spring onions/hara pyaaz
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 30 gm shredded cheese
  • 30 gm bread crumb
  • 3 green kiwi fruit
  • 2 tbsp olive oil/jaytun ka tel
  • fresh coriander sprigs

PREPARATION

    In a heated pan, add olive oil, chopped ginger, onion and saute.

    Add salt as per taste, chopped kiwi and toss it.

    Add chopped yellow, red and green bell pepper and toss it.

    Add salt as per taste, crushed black pepper, water and mix it.

    Add coriander leaves, spring onions and toss it.

    Add sugar and mix it. Add the mixture in a baking tray.

    Add shredded cheese, bread crumbs and bake it in the oven at 170'C for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
