  • For kiwi lemonade
  • 2 kiwi fruit (sun gold)
  • 1 kiwi fruit (green)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 inch ginger
  • few sprigs fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 300 ml aerated water
  • 200 ml water
  • For anzac cookies
  • 125 gm flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 150 gm sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • ½ tsp baking soda

    In a jug, add chopped kiwi, lemon juice, crushed ginger, mint leaves, kiwi fruit (green) and blend it using a hand blender.

    Add sugar, aerated water, water and serve in the glass.

    For cookies, add flour in a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add oats, desiccated coconut, sugar and mix. In a heated pan, add butter and let it melt.

    Add the golden syrup and mix it well.

    Add the mixture in the flour. Add baking soda and prepare a dough using boiled water.

    Add the cookies on a baking tray and bake it in the oven at 165'C for 10 - 12 minutes.
