- Curd 1teaspoon
- In a pan, heat the milk till it get boiled... After a boil add one teaspoon of curd (curd should not be too much sour).
- Then for 1 hour continuously stir thr milk and collect the khurchan that get stick to the sides of the pan... By this way we can get lachas of malai.
- After it get half kg add sugar to the taste and continuous stir it till it gets more thick...take approx 5 - 6 boils. And put off the flame. And let it be cold.. and put it in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours..
- And then garnish it with kesar n pistachio and serve it cold.
