    In a pan, heat the milk till it get boiled... After a boil add one teaspoon of curd (curd should not be too much sour).

    Then for 1 hour continuously stir thr milk and collect the khurchan that get stick to the sides of the pan... By this way we can get lachas of malai.

    After it get half kg add sugar to the taste and continuous stir it till it gets more thick...take approx 5 - 6 boils. And put off the flame. And let it be cold.. and put it in the fridge for 5 to 6 hours..

    And then garnish it with kesar n pistachio and serve it cold.
