- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- salt to taste
- water as required
- In a mixing bowl, pour in the buckwheat flour, and add salt to taste and water as required. Mix well till it forms a thick batter.
- Grease a frying pan with some butter. You could also skip the butter and opt for oil. Pour a ladle of batter to form a pancake of the desired size.
- Flip and cook the pancake on both sides till it is golden brown, and ready to be served.
