INGREDIENTS

  • 2-litre full-fat milk
  • 200 gm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • For garnish
  • silver vark

PREPARATION

    In a pan, add full-fat milk and let it cook.
  2. 2

    Crush the green cardamom.
  3. 3

    Strain the cardamom powder and add it in the milk.
  4. 4

    Add sugar and mix it.
  5. 5

    Add the barfi mixture in a tray and leave to set for 3 - 4 hours.
  6. 6

    Cut pieces of Khoya Barfi.
  7. 7

    Garnish the Khoya Barfi with silver vark and, it is ready to serve.
