INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • ½ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Coriander seeds
  • 2 Whole Red chillies
  • 1 Onion
  • Water
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 1 cup Curd

HOW TO PREPARE KHERU

  1. 1

    In a pan warm mustard oil, add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, whole red chillies and fry.
  2. 2

    add sliced onion, water, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and fry.
  3. 3

    add curd and stir continuously till it is cooked.
  4. 4

    serve hot or colds per your choice.
