INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp Minced ginger
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar
  • 6-7 Aam Papad
  • 2-3 tbsp raisins
  • 2-3 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

HOW TO PREPARE KHEJUR AAM SOTO CHATNI

    In a heated add mustard oil, mustard seeds, minced ginger and chopped tomato.

    Saute the mixture for a minute.
  3. 3

    Add salt and sugar.
  4. 4

    Add Aam papad, raisins and chopped dates to mixture.
  5. 5

    Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
  6. 6

    Add lemon juice.
  7. 7

    Best serve with Papad and Roti.
