INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • pinch of Salt
  • 2 - 3 tbsp sugar
  • 6 - 7 aam papad
  • 2 - 3 tbsp raisins
  • 2 - 3 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

PREPARATION

    Heat mustard oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, minced ginger and chopped tomato.

    Saute the mixture for a minute and add salt and sugar.

    Add aam papad, raisins and chopped dates to mixture and cook for 8 - 10 minutes.

    Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve the chutney with papad and roti.
