INGREDIENTS

  • 1 onion
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 250 gm minced chicken
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli paste
  • 1 tsp All ground spice
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tomato puree
  • salt
  • 2 to 3 tbsp grated cheese
  • 2 to 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 pizza base

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the ginger garlic paste with chopped onions. Add minced chicken, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala and mix well. Add tomato puree, salt and chopped green chillies and mix well. Take the pizza base, spread tomato sauce on it and also some grated cheese. Add the cooked kheema to the pizza and spread well. Also add cheese topping. Place on the baking tray and bake it in a pre heated oven at 180'C for 15 to 20 minutes. Your kheema pizza is ready.
