  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • ¼ cup lotus seeds
  • ¼ cup split chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp melon seeds
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 5 To 8 curry leaves

HOW TO PREPARE KHATTA MEETHA NASHTA

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Separately roast the cashew nuts lotus seeds, split chickpeas, and peanuts.

    Transfer them to a bowl.
  4. 4

    Add some raisins, lemon juice, melon seeds, salt, black pepper powder, and icing sugar.

    Mix well.
  6. 6

    Heat some oil.
  7. 7

    Add some curry leaves and sauté.
  8. 8

    Add this to the dry fruit mixture in the bowl.
  9. 9

    Mix again.
  10. 10

    Transfer to a serving plate.
