INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts
  • ¼ cup lotus seeds
  • ¼ cup split chickpeas
  • 2 tbsp Peanuts
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp melon seeds
  • 1 tsp icing sugar
  • black pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 5 To 8 curry leaves

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan. Separately roast the cashew nuts lotus seeds, split chickpeas, and peanuts. Transfer them to a bowl. Add some raisins, lemon juice, melon seeds, salt, black pepper powder, and icing sugar. Mix well. Heat some oil. Add some curry leaves and sauté. Add this to the dry fruit mixture in the bowl. Mix again. Transfer to a serving plate.
