INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp Oil, 21 tsp Cumin seed, ½ tps Fenugreek seeds, 1 - 2 Kashmiri dry Red chilli, 2 tsp chopped Ginger, 1 tsp Turmeric powder, Salt as per test, ½ tsp Red chilli powder, 250 gms Pumpkin, Water as needed, 3 tsp Gaggery, 4 to 5 tbsp Tamarind paste, 1 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves.

HOW TO PREPARE KHATTA MEAT GHAYOOR

    Heat Oil and add, Fenugreek seeds, Kashmiri dry Red chilli, chopped Ginger, Turmeric powder, Salt and Red chilli powder.

    ; Add Pumpkin cubes and sauté.

    ; Water as needed and cook the pumpkin.

    ; Add Gaggery, Tamarind paste and sauté.

    ; cook till the Pumpkin is tender.

    ; Sprinkle chopped fresh Coriander leaves and mix well.

    ; Ambal is ready.
