INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2cup water
  • Ginger paste
  • 1/4 Haldi
  • 1/2 salt

PREPARATION

    Mix all the ingredients above.

    After that add the mixture in the pan and keep to boli in medium flame until it form thick.

    Take a few plate and turn it and apply oil over the plate and then apply the mixture on the plate in thin layers with the help of spoon.

    Cut itno long pieces and put into plate.
  5. 5

    For tadka take 2 tap oil ,1/2 tap mustard seeds ,1 tap sesame seed, 1 green chilli cut into small pieces .

    And apply this tadka all over the khandvi .
  7. 7

    Apply dessicated coconut and daniya over it.
