- 1 cup besan
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/2cup water
- Ginger paste
- 1/4 Haldi
- 1/2 salt
- Mix all the ingredients above.
- After that add the mixture in the pan and keep to boli in medium flame until it form thick.
- Take a few plate and turn it and apply oil over the plate and then apply the mixture on the plate in thin layers with the help of spoon.
- Cut itno long pieces and put into plate.
- For tadka take 2 tap oil ,1/2 tap mustard seeds ,1 tap sesame seed, 1 green chilli cut into small pieces .
- And apply this tadka all over the khandvi .
- Apply dessicated coconut and daniya over it.
