INGREDIENTS

  • FOR First Marination
  • 2 pieces of chicken thigh
  • Salt to test
  • Oil
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • FOR Second Marination
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • Salt to test
  • 2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder
  • 1 Chopped Onions
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • oil.
  • FOR Mixture
  • 2 packets Multani Miti
  • Salt
  • Water
  • 1 Banana Leaf
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Lemon Wedges
  • Purple tomato Wedges
  • Sage powder
  • Mint Macro greens
  • All Spice powder.

HOW TO PREPARE KHAD MURG

    Score chicken and put salt, oil, Turmeric powder and keep for 4-5 minutes.

    In a another bowl add yogurt, salt, Red Chilli powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli powder, 2 tsp Coriander powder, 2 tbsp Roasted Cumin powder, Chopped Onions, Lemon juice, chopped garlic, oil and mix marinate.

    Put the marination in chicken.

    keep it for 15 minutes.

    For En Papillote , Mix multani mitti, salt and water.

    } Apply butter on banana leaf.
  7. 7

    Put marination and marinated chicken, , Fold the side and wrap the banana leaf.

    Apply the multani mitti mixture.

    Place the parcel on a baking tray.
  10. 10

    Cook on coal for 45 minutes.

    Serve with Lemon Wedges, Purple tomato Wedges, Sage powder, Mint Macro greens, All Spice powder.
