INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml Fresh Cream
  • 100 ml Condensed Milk
  • Saffron soaked in milk
  • 1 tsp Custard Powder
  • Mawa Cake
  • Gulab Jamuns

HOW TO PREPARE KESARI MAWA PUDDING

    In a bowl, add 100 ml fresh cream, 100 ml condensed milk, saffron soaked in milk and custard powder and mix well.

    Layer 2 glasses with mawa cake pieces, chopped gulab jamuns and pour the mixture into the glasses.
  3. 3

    Place the glasses in baking tray and add water to the tray.
  4. 4

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 150-160'C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5

    Kesari Mawa Pudding is ready.
