INGREDIENTS

  • 100 ml Fresh Cream, 100 ml Condensed Milk, Saffron soaked in milk, 1 tsp Custard Powder, Mawa Cake, Gulab Jamuns

HOW TO PREPARE KESARI MAWA PUDDING

    In a bowl, add 100 ml fresh cream, 100 ml condensed milk, saffron soaked in milk and custard powder and mix well.
  2. 2

    ; Layer 2 glasses with mawa cake pieces, chopped gulab jamuns and pour the mixture into the glasses.
  3. 3

    ; Place the glasses in baking tray and add water to the tray.
  4. 4

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 150-160'C for 15-20 minutes.
  5. 5

    ; Kesari Mawa Pudding is ready.
