INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup onions
  • salt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 3/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • 2-3 tsp water
  • 400 gm mutton
  • 1 cup water

PREPARATION

    Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions, salt, ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.

    Add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, mint leaves and water.

    Mix it well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Add minced mutton and water. Mix it well and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes. Cover and cook till the mutton softens.

    Keema Pav is ready to be served.
