INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 cup onions, Salt
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 3/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp Mint leaves
  • 2-3 tsp water
  • 400 g mutton
  • 1 cup Water

HOW TO PREPARE KEEMA PAV

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add sliced onions, salt, ginger garlic paste and tomato puree.

    Then, add coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, mint leaves and water.

    Mix it well and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.

    Then, add minced mutton and water.
  6. 6

    Mix it well and cook it for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. 7

    Cover and cook till the mutton softens.
  8. 8

    Keema pav is ready to be served.
