INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup wheat flour dough
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 tsp All ground spice
  • 2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder, Salt to taste
  • 200 gm chicken, sliced
  • 2 Green chilies, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp mint sauce

HOW TO PREPARE KATHI ROLLS

    Take the wheat flour dough and divide it into small balls.

    Roll them to make rotis.
  3. 3

    In a pan, heat oil and cook rotis.
  4. 4

    For the masala mixture, heat oil in another pan.
  5. 5

    Add chopped garlic, ginger, and onion.
  6. 6

    Fry them well.

    Add chopped tomato to it and fry.
  8. 8

    Add all ground spice, chat masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, and salt.

    Mix them well.

    Add sliced chicken to the mixture.

    Now add chopped green chillies to the pan.

    Break an egg in another bowl and add salt to it.

    Heat oil in another pan to cook an omelette.

    Put the cooked roti over omelette and cook the omelette.
  15. 15

    Remove the chicken mixture in a bowl and add lemon juice.
  16. 16

    Spread mint sauce over the omelette roti wrap and put the chicken mixture over it.
  17. 17

    Sprinkle chopped coriander over it.
  18. 18

    Roll the wrap and cover it with butter paper.
