  • 6-7 potatoes
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Mustard seeds
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Malvani masala
  • Red chilli powder
  • Garam masala
  • Water
  • Oil

PREPARATION

    For vada stuffing boil the potatoes, then in a pan add oil curry leaves, mustard seeds , garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder and boiled potatoes,and mix it.

    For kat in a pan ad oil onion garlic tomatoes diced fry them and make a smooth paste, the take other pan add oil add red vhilli powder, turmeric powder, malavni masala, garam masala and the paste made earlier and mix till oil releases out, then add the add water and boil for 10 mins.

    The for serving pute vadas add kat and garnish with onion, lemon slice, coriender and farshan .
