Heat water in a pan. Add crushed cardamom cinnamon sticks, and saffron strands. Boil the mixture. Add Kashmiri green tea, powdered sugar, salt, and baking soda. Boil on a low flame for sometime. Strain the mixture in a jar. Decorate a plate with rose petals. Add rose petals finely chopped almonds, powdered sugar, and saffron strands in kawa cups. Pour the strained Kashmiri Kahwa and serve hot.
