  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  • crushed
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • ½ tsp saffron strands
  • 1 ½ tsp Kashmiri green tea
  • 1 ½ tsp sugar
  • powdered
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of baking soda
  • water
  • For Garnish: Rose petals
  • Almonds finely chopped
  • ½ tsp sugar powdered
  • A pinch of saffron strands

    Heat water in a pan.

    Add crushed cardamom cinnamon sticks, and saffron strands.
  3. 3

    Boil the mixture.
  4. 4

    Add Kashmiri green tea, powdered sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  5. 5

    Boil on a low flame for sometime.
  6. 6

    Strain the mixture in a jar.
  7. 7

    Decorate a plate with rose petals.
  8. 8

    Add rose petals finely chopped almonds, powdered sugar, and saffron strands in kawa cups.

    Pour the strained Kashmiri Kahwa and serve hot.
