INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sliced bitter gourd
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • For Garnish Chaat masala

PREPARATION

    Take sliced bitter gourd in a bowl. Add a little lemon juice red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt. Mix the bitter gourd slices well with this. Coat these slices with some rice flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourd slices. When the colour turns a deep brown collect them on a tissue paper to drain the excess oil. Serve garnished with chaat masala.
