INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sliced bitter gourd
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  • 2 to 3 tbsp rice flour
  • salt
  • oil
  • For Garnish: Chaat masala

HOW TO PREPARE KARELA WAFERS

    Take sliced bitter gourd in a bowl.
  2. 2

    Add a little lemon juice red chilli powder, chaat masala and salt.
  3. 3

    Mix the bitter gourd slices well with this.
  4. 4

    Coat these slices with some rice flour.
  5. 5

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourd slices.
  6. 6

    When the colour turns a deep brown collect them on a tissue paper to drain the excess oil.
  7. 7

    Serve garnished with chaat masala.
