INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup roasted wheat
  • 1 cup ghee
  • water as required
  • 2-3 cardamoms
  • ½ litre milk
  • ½ cup jaggery powder
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • wheat grains

PREPARATION

    Heat ghee in a pot and roast the wheat grains.

    Then add water, cardamoms and milk.
  3. 3

    Add jaggery powder and let it cook till the mixture thickens. Kanak Kheer is ready to serve.
