INGREDIENTS

  • For Kali Miri Mutton: 4 tbsp oil
  • 4 green cardamoms
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 cinnaman sticks
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 500 gm mutton
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 tsp ginger paste
  • salt
  • 4 chopped potatoes
  • water
  • 2 tsp crushed black pappers
  • chopped coriander
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 5 green chillies
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

HOW TO PREPARE KALI MIRI MUTTON

    Procedure to make Kali Miri Mutton: In a heated pan oil, green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon sticks.

    Add chopped onions and stir it.
  3. 3

    Add mutton pieces, ginger - garlic paste and mix it well.
  4. 4

    Add salt, finely chopped potatoes, water, crushed black pepper to the mutton.
  5. 5

    Mix it well and let it cook.

    Add freshly chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, whole green chilli, crushed black pepper and cook it.
  7. 7

    Add lemon juice and mix it.
  8. 8

    To garnish add chopped coriander leaves and Kali Miri Mutton is ready to serve.
