INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • For garnish
  • chopped almonds
  • chopped pistachios
  • cashewnuts

PREPARATION

    Melt ghee in a pan. Add condensed milk into it. Mix it well and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

    Add cottage cheese and sugar. Mix until the mixture thickens.

    Sprinkle cardamom powder over the mixture and mix it well.
