  • ½ lt milk; 2 tbsp Milk powder; ½ cup sugar; ½ cup condensed milk; 3 tbsp condensed milk solids; 2 to 3 kala jamun

    Heat a pan and add milk.

    ; In a small bowl, mix milk powder and mix it with the milk in the pan.

    ; Re add the mixture to the pan.
  4. 4

    ; Stir using a ladle and let the milk reduce.
  5. 5

    ; Keep on scraping the malai from the sides and add to the milk while stirring continuously.
  6. 6

    ; Add sugar and condensed milk.
  7. 7

    ; Reduce the milk more by stirring continuously.
  8. 8

    ; Add condensed milk solids (mava) and continue stirring otherwise the rabdi may get burnt.

    ; Chop the kala jamun into small pieces and add to rabdi.

    ; Mix well.

    ; Take a bowl, half filled with ice cubes.

    ; Fill 4 kulfi moulds with the kala jamun rabdi mixture and place it in the bowl filled with ice cubes.

    ; Deep freeze the kulfis.
  14. 14

    ; Serve the kulfi in kulfi moulds in 4 different shot glasses.
