  • A Cup of Mutton Mince
  • ½ cup of Chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp Chopped Garlic
  • A Spoon of Raw Papaya Paste
  • A Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
  • A Pinch of Clove Powder
  • A Pinch Of White Pepper Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Spoons of Gram Flour
  • Some Drops of Kewda Essence
  • Sate Sticks
  • Drizzle of Oil
  • 2 Spoons of Mint Chutney
  • 2 Spoons of Yoghurt
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • 2 Slices of French Garlic Bread
  • Onion Rings
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Mint Yoghurt Chutney and Sprinkle of Red Chilli Powder and Green Coriander

    In a blender add mutton mince ,chopped onion, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, raw papaya paste blend it well.

    In a bowl add mixed mutton mince, cinnamon powder, clove powder, white pepper powder, salt, egg, gram flour, kewda essence, Mix it well.

    On a sate stick place kebab and shallow fry it in a pan.

    In a bowl add mint chutney, yoghurt, salt and mix it well.
  5. 5

    On French bread place onion rings, tomato slices and kebab.
  6. 6

    Pour mint yoghurt chutney on top, sprinkle red chilli powder.
  7. 7

    Kakori kebab is ready to serve.
