INGREDIENTS

  • 8 to 10 crushed garlic pods,
  • 250 gems fish cut into cubes bassa or Sol.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil 2 table spoons
  • Lime juice
  • Kajun spice

PREPARATION

    In a pan saute garlic pods in olive oil for a minute .

    Add salt and pepper to taste saute and add fish cubes.
  3. 3

    Saute till slightly browned add lime juice.
  4. 4

    Sprinkle Kajun Spice Done Bingo .
