5 minutes of preparation and 5 minutes of cooking
- 8 to 10 crushed garlic pods,
- 250 gems fish cut into cubes bassa or Sol.
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil 2 table spoons
- Lime juice
- Kajun spice
- In a pan saute garlic pods in olive oil for a minute .
- Add salt and pepper to taste saute and add fish cubes.
- Saute till slightly browned add lime juice.
- Sprinkle Kajun Spice Done Bingo .
