  • 1 cup cashew nuts ground
  • water
  • Saffron
  • Dry fruits

HOW TO PREPARE KAJU KATLI

    Prepare a one string consistency sugar syrup.

    Grind the cashew nuts.
  3. 3

    Add sugar syrup to cashewnut powder and form the dough.
  4. 4

    Put the dough on a plate and spread in a rectangular shape.
  5. 5

    Set it in the refrigerator for 15 min.
  6. 6

    Remove from the fridge and cut in diamond shapes.
  7. 7

    Garnish with dry fruits and saffron.
