INGREDIENTS

  • 1- 750 gm.milk
  • 2--. 1bowl grated kaddu( bottle gourd)
  • 3- 2tbspoon custard powder
  • 4- 2tbspoon milkmaid or milk powder
  • 5-. 1/4 tspoon cardamom powder
  • 6-. 3-4 tbspoon sugar
  • 7-. 1bowl Bambino vermicelli
  • 8-. Rooh afza for garnishing (as required)
  • 9-. Dry fruits for garnishing

PREPARATION

    1-. First boil milAdd cardamom powder and grated kaddu(bottle gourand boil for 10 minutes on low flame.

    2-. Then add sugar, milkmaid and custard powder mixed with cold milk .

    3-. Simmer for àround 15 minutes and then cool .Blend it and transfer into container to freeze for 4-5 hours.

    For faluda__.

    1-. Boil 3cup water and add vermicellCook till soften.
  6. 6

    2-. Sieve and wash with cold water 2-3 timeTransfer into chilled water .
  7. 7

    3 -. Now serve ice-cream with faloodGarnish with rooh afza and chopped dry fruits.
