Kada parshad By Meera Khurana
For all members of family to be given as parshad
15 to 20 minutes
- 100 grms wheat flour
- Half liter water
- 50 grms sugar
- Pure ghee 100 grms
- Almond for garnish
- Heat wok .
- Add wheat flour when ghee is heated.
- Stir wheat flour until it becomes brown.
- Add water and sugar.
- Stir continuesly till the ghee gets separated from kada parshad .
