INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Jowar Atta
  • 1 cup Soaked Barley
  • 3 tbsp Jaggery
  • 3 cups Coconut water
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

HOW TO PREPARE JOWAR BARLEY SHERBAT

    Soak barley for 20 minutes
  2. 2

    Add jowar flour and barley in cold water and mix well
  3. 3

    And cook this mixture for 15 minutes
  4. 4

    Add the jaggery and cardamom powder
  5. 5

    Cook until jaggery melts
  6. 6

    Allow this mixture to chill completely
  7. 7

    Blend this mixture with coconut water and serve
