INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ cup jaggery
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Cashew nuts
  • 2 tbsp Almonds
  • 5 Dates
  • 2 tbsp Dry Coconut

HOW TO PREPARE JIRWANI

  1. 1

    Soak cumin overnight, remove water and grind into a fine paste. in a pan warm ghee, cumin le it splutter, turmeric, grinded cumin paste and sauté. add grated jaggery chopped ginger, chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chopped dates, grated coconut and sauté. when all the ingredients are cooked remove jarwani from the pan and serve.
