  • FOR Dough
  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • Salt
  • Hot water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • FOR Filling
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp mustard seeds
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • Few curry leaves
  • ½ cup gram flour
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • Water
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • ½ chopped onion
  • Oil for greasing
  • Mixed salad
  • Olive oil
  • Parsley sprig

    For the filling heat oil in a an.

    Add mustard seeds sesame seeds, curry leaves, gram flour, turmeric powder, water, green chilli paste, and chopped onion.

    Mix well.
  4. 4

    In a bowl, combine sorghum flour, wheat flour, salt, hot water, and sesame seeds and knead a dough for bhakris.

    Keep aside for some time.
  6. 6

    Make a cylindrical roll of the dough and cut into small portions.

    Flatten the small portions using a rolling pin to make bhakris.
  8. 8

    Roast from both the sides on a tawa.
  9. 9

    Once roasted place the filling on the bhakris.

    Place the mixed salad too with the filling.

    Roll it (to resemble tacos) and roast again on tawa.

    Serve jhunka bhakri soft tacos with salad.

    Garnish with oil and parsley sprig.
