- 200 gm Jhangora
- 1 lt milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 20 gm cashew nuts
- 20 gm chirongi
- 20 gm raisins
- Soak jhangora for 1 hour in water, In pan add milk and sugar to thicken.
- Deep fry cashew nuts, chirangi and raisins in ghee, strain water from jhangora and add to the milk and mix well, add fried dry nuts, cardoman powder and stir well.
- Garnish jhangora kher with fried dry nuts.
- Jhangore Ki kheer ready to eat.
