INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gm Jhangora
  • water
  • 1 lt milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • 20 gm cashew nuts
  • 20 gm chirongi
  • 20 gm raisins

PREPARATION

    Soak jhangora for 1 hour in water, In pan add milk and sugar to thicken.

    Deep fry cashew nuts, chirangi and raisins in ghee, strain water from jhangora and add to the milk and mix well, add fried dry nuts, cardoman powder and stir well.

    Garnish jhangora kher with fried dry nuts.
  4. 4

    Jhangore Ki kheer ready to eat.
