INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato
  • 1 tbsp boiled potatoes
  • 1 tbsp raw mango
  • 1 tbsp coconut pieces
  • 1 tbsp fried peanuts
  • 1 tbsp chanachur
  • 1 green chilli
  • 11/2 tbsp mustard oil
  • ½ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp dry mango powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • salt to taste
  • green chilli
  • coconut pieces

PREPARATION

    To make Jhal Muri, mix onions, tomatoes, boiled potatoes, raw mango, coconut pieces, fried peanuts, chickpeas and green chilies.

    Now add puffed rice, mustard oil, cumin powder, mango powder, red chilli and salt in the bowl and mix once again.

    Now serve Jhal Muri with green chillies and coconut pieces.
