INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup puffed rice
  • 2 tbsp potatoes, boiled and chopped
  • 3 tbsp cucumber, chopped
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 tbsp mixed pulses, soaked
  • 1 tsp green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp dry mango powder
  • 3 tbsp peanuts, roasted
  • 3 tbsp Farsan, Red chutney
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp mustard oil, black salt
  • FOR chutney
  • 1 cup avocadomashed
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt
  • FOR garnish
  • Sev

HOW TO PREPARE JHAL MURI

    Take some puffed rice in a bowl.

    Add boiled chopped potatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, soaked mixed pulses and chopped green chillies.

    Mix well.

    To this mixture, add chopped coriander, black salt, dry mango powder, roasted peanuts and farsan.

    Mix well with by adding some red chutney.
  6. 6

    To make the green chutney, take some mashed avocado in a bowl.

    Add green chutney into it.

    Mix with yogurt, salt and lime juice.
  9. 9

    Add this chutney too in the mixture and mix again.

    Sprinkle a little lemon juice.

    Add some red chilli powder and sev.

    Pour a little mustard oil too.

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.

    Serve it after garnishing with some sev.
