INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gm refined flour
  • 250 gm chilled butter
  • 6 eggs yolks
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp edible red colour

PREPARATION

    On the table top add flour, butter and mix it.

    Divide the dough into two different bowls.

    In the first dough add egg yolks, salt, sugar and mix it well.

    Cool the dough in the fridge for 20 - 25 minutes.

    In the second dough add red edible food colour, egg yolks, salt, sugar and mix it and knead it well.

    Cool the dough in the fridge for 20 - 25 minutes.

    Over the roll out the dough and cut them into pieces.
  8. 8

    Place the cookie in a baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 200' C for 10 - 12 minutes.

    Once baked Jenga cookie tower is ready to serve.
