INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup soaked rice
  • salt to taste
  • For Garnish: chopped coriander

HOW TO PREPARE JEERA RICE

    Take a little clarified butter in a cooking pot.

    Add the bay leaf and cumin seeds.

    Add water and boil.
  4. 4

    Later add a little salt and the soaked rice and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

    When the rice is ready, transfer it to a serving vessel.

    Garnish the rice with chopped coriander leaves.
