- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup soaked rice
- salt to taste
- For Garnish chopped coriander
- Take a little clarified butter in a cooking pot. Add the bay leaf and cumin seeds. Add water and boil. Later add a little salt and the soaked rice and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes. When the rice is ready, transfer it to a serving vessel. Garnish the rice with chopped coriander leaves.
