  • 200 gms All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 Boiled Prunes
  • ½ cup mixed fruit jam
  • ½ cup Prune puree
  • Flex seeds
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • A pinch of Paprika powder
  • Celery leaves


  1. 1

    In a bowl All Purpose Flour, Butter, Salt to test, Sugar, Ricotta Cheese and knead the dough.

    Keep the dough to 30 minutes.
  3. 3

    Roll out the dough and cut out 4 even squares.
  4. 4

    make slits on corners using a knife.
  5. 5

    Split open prunes and cut half.
  6. 6

    Place a dollop of jam and prunes puree on prunes piece.
  7. 7

    Place the topped prunes on dough.
  8. 8

    Sprinkle sugar.
  9. 9

    Add a pinch of Ricotta Cheese.
  10. 10

    Fold inside of dough.
  11. 11

    Sprinkle Flex seeds and dust all Purpose Flour.
  12. 12

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes at 180 C.
  13. 13

    Serve with Celery leaves and mixed fruit jam.
