For the dough mix refined flour with unsalted butter, sugar, and baking soda. Add condensed milk and mix again and knead the dough. Flatten the dough using a rolling pin into a roti. Grease a tart mould with butter. Line the mould with the roti and bake the tart. For the topping, heat a pan and add jam and raspberry jam. Add cream cranberries, and fresh cherries. Mix well. Fill the topping in the baked tart. Bake again. Once baked unmould the tart. Fill a piping bag with whipped cream. Garnish tart by piping out whipped cream on the sides of the tart. Sprinkle powdered sugar cocoa powder, and lemon rind on the tart. Serve.
