Jalebi By Anamika Vardhan
- Meda 50 gram
- Sugar 500 gram
- Oil for 200ml
- Orange food colour 1 pinch
- Take meida pour it in a big bowl.
- Mix dry yeast and water to requirement .
- And prepare a thick batter with food orange colour.
- Heat up oil in pan for frying Jalebi fry it on low flame 5 to 7 min.
- And dip it in sugar syrup for 5 min.
